TERMS: READ AND AGREE BEFORE SUBMITTING PHOTOS

All photos submitted must be of persons over 18 years of age!

I, hereby grant permission to International Archives (Flowers In The Spring) and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any portion of the photo images of myself for the purpose of promotion, publication, advertising, trade, illustration or any other purpose and in any manner or medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval, through various channels, which can include but is not limited to, books, cards, calendars, invitations, internet and print publishing or any other purpose without any more compensation or recognition given to me. I will expect no monetary compensation or royalties for the future use of these photographs as described above. I grant creative permission to alter the photograph(s). I do not grant permission to resell or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward me or my company and associates.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless International Archives or any persons acting under International Archives from any liability arising from any use of the photographs or any changes or modifications made thereto.

I hereby warrant that I knowingly may appear nude in the photos, I am of full legal age of at least 18 and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
